Healthy homemade pudding
Ingredients
- 50 grams wheat semolina
- Milk
- 30 grams protein powder
- Stevia
Instructions
- Cook the semolina according to the instructions on the semolina packet
- Replace most of the milk with water, it will be just creamy
- Add pudding powder and 30 grams of protein powder (optional)
- Bring to the boil again
- Sweeten the semolina with stevia
