Store or Preserve Stevia Leaf
Plants are dried for 24 to 48 hours with low heat (95 – 120°F) and sufficient air circulation. Leaf drying can be done in a dehydrator, or plants can be dried in the sun and then threshed to separate the sweet leaves from the bitter stems if you have a lot of stems.
Whole stevia leaves can be stored in airtight containers or plastic bags for up to 12 months once dry. Humidity should be avoided if you want to extend the shelf life of your products.

Stevia powder and liquid are both simple to use. To keep the quality, simply store them in a cool, dry location.
