Tiramisu Recipe
Healthier version of tiramisu
Ingredients
Bizcocho
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tbsp coconut drink (30 ml)
- A splash of vanilla
- 30 grams almond flour (5 measuring tbsp)
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder (3 grams)
- 1 measure stevia
Cream
- 40 grams activated cashews (soak them overnight so that they soften and can be liquefied easier)
- 50 grams light cream cheese
- A splash of vanilla
- 2 tbsp coconut drink
Instructions
- Move bizcocho mixture in the microwave for 1 minute and a half
- Liquefy cream mixture until there are no lumps
- To soak the cake you must use instant coffee diluted in water or stale coffee (amount necessary to soak the whole cake)
- Assemble in layers: soaked sponge cake and cream (until everything is finished)
