- 120/140 grams egg white
- 40/50 grams oatmeal
- Flavors (bitter cocoa, coconut, cinnamon)
- Heat a saucepan over low heat
- Meanwhile, whisk the egg white
- Add the flour and herbs and mix well
- Cook in the saucepan with lid until completely dry
- Turn to the other side 1 to 2 minutes
