Oats Pancake Recipe

Equipment
- Electric stick blender
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp dark brown sugar or stevia
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tbsp baking soda
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients in a deep sided bowl & blend with an electric stick blender
- Till batter reaches an even consistency. Expect it to be a but lumpy
- Fry one pancake first to ensure you get the thickness you want
- You can add a pinch more of baking soda or baking powder for more rise
- 1 – 2 tbps milk for a more runny texture
