Oats Pancake Recipe

  • Electric stick blender


  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp dark brown sugar or stevia
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tbsp baking soda


  • Pour all ingredients in a deep sided bowl & blend with an electric stick blender
  • Till batter reaches an even consistency. Expect it to be a but lumpy
  • Fry one pancake first to ensure you get the thickness you want
  • You can add a pinch more of baking soda or baking powder for more rise
  • 1 – 2 tbps milk for a more runny texture
