Marble Ricotta Muffins Recipe
Sugar Free Dessert
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 38 grams stevia
- 250 grams ricotta
- 40 grams semi – complete flour
- 35 grams chestnut flour
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 2 tbsp hazelnut powder
- 75 grams absolute dark chocolate dessert
- 25 grams cocoa powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°c
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave
- Meanwhile, beat the eggs with the stevia. Then add the sifted flour, the ricotta, the hazelnut powder and the baking powder
- Divide the dough in half and pour the melted chocolate and cocoa powder in one half
- Grease the muffin cups
- Then pour in alternately the natural dough then the chocolate one, repeat as needed
- Bake for 25 minutes
