Healthy Vegan Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 300 grams whole meal flour
- 50 grams rye flour
- 25 grams oat bran
- 300 ml sugar-free almond milk
- 90 ml corn oil
- 6 tbsp stevia
- 2 tbsp dehydrated cranberries
- 2 tbsp whole flax seeds
- 1 bag natural yeast
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp chocolate drops
- Peel of 1 organic lemon
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Mix together the powders with the lemon peel and flax seeds
- Add the liquids except the vinegar, then the blueberries
- The chocolate chips and finally the vinegar
- Put in a pan and bake 180 degrees 45 / 50 minutes
