Crumble With Apple, Blueberries Recipe
Make your own tasty crumble

Apple Mixture
- 2 apple
- 20 grams raspberries (frozen)
- 50 grams blueberries (frozen)
- 1 tbsp apple sauce
- Cinnamon to taste
- 2 tbsp chia jam
Crumble
- 100 grams oat flour
- 50 grams almond flour
- 4 tbsp sunflower oil
- 2 tbsp stevia
- Cinnamon to taste
- 1 tbsp chia jam
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees
- Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces
- Put the apple together with the cinnamon in a bowl. Stir together
- Add the blueberries, raspberries and applesauce and stir again
- Place the apple mixture in a baking dish. Spread 2 tbsp chia jam over the mixture
- Combine all the ingredients for the crumble in another bowl and knead well
- Make it a kind of ball
- Spread half of the crumble over the apple mixture (rub it between your thumb and fingers until crumbly)
- Try to distribute the crumbs evenly
- Put 1 small chia jam through the remaining crumble. Crumble this over the apple mixture as well
- Place the crumble in the oven for 40 minutes (check after 30 minutes whether it is getting too brown. Every oven is different
