Chocolate Hazelnut Rolls Recipe
Great addition to any breakfast or brunch table

Ingredients
- 250 grams flour
- 25 grams stevia or agave syrup
- 85 ml skimmed milk
- A sachet of baker's yeast
- 1 egg
- 5 grams honey
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
- Add flour if necessary, the dough should come off the bowl. Let the dough rest until it doubles in size
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle measuring approximately 40 x 30cm
- Cut 3 cm thick strips. Roll them up and brown in egg yolk diluted with a little milk
- Leave to rise for another hour in the open air
- Meanwhile make a syrup with 250 g of water and 337g of sugar. Combine the ingredients and heat until boiling
- Bake the rolls for 20 minutes at 180 or 200 degrees depending on your oven
- Take out the rolls when they are done and brush with syrup to make them shinier
