Ingredients
  

  • 250 grams flour
  • 25 grams stevia or agave syrup
  • 85 ml skimmed milk
  • A sachet of baker's yeast
  • 1 egg
  • 5 grams honey

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
  • Add flour if necessary, the dough should come off the bowl. Let the dough rest until it doubles in size
  • Roll out the dough into a rectangle measuring approximately 40 x 30cm
  • Cut 3 cm thick strips. Roll them up and brown in egg yolk diluted with a little milk
  • Leave to rise for another hour in the open air
  • Meanwhile make a syrup with 250 g of water and 337g of sugar. Combine the ingredients and heat until boiling
  • Bake the rolls for 20 minutes at 180 or 200 degrees depending on your oven
  • Take out the rolls when they are done and brush with syrup to make them shinier
