Chocolate Chip Pancakes Recipe
Fluffy breakfast cookies
Equipment
- Non – stick grill
Ingredients
- 2 cup gluten – free oat flour
- 2 tbsp stevia
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- 7 tbsp baking powder
- 4 large egg
- 2 cup chocolate or regular unsweetened almond milk
- 4 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Mix ingredients on low for a minute
- Add a half cup dark chocolate chips (sweetened with Stevia)
- Let stand to allow baking powder to activate slightly
- Scoop onto hot non-stick grill
- Flip when they start to bubble slightly
- Top with coconut yogurt or homemade stovetop strawberry jam made with Stevia and Chia seeds
