Ingredients
- 66 grams flour
- 33 grams almond flour
- 80 grams carrots
- 1 egg
- 50 grams white or brown sugar or 15g of stevia
- 40 grams sunflower oil
- The zest of half a lemon is untreated
- 1/ 2 sachet of yeast
Instructions
- Blend the carrots finely with the seed oil and set aside
- Whip the egg with the sugar until it becomes frothy
- Add the pureed carrots and mix
- Then the flour, almond flour and yeast
- Finally the grated lemon zest
- Stir a little more and we are ready! (If necessary, adding a tablespoon of soy milk is fine too)
- Prepare 6 molds with parchment paper and place at 180 ° for 15/18 min. (If with stevia to lower the temperature is to check frequently)
