Chocolate Hazelnut Rolls Recipe

- 250 grams flour
- 25 grams stevia or agave syrup
- 85 ml skimmed milk
- A sachet of baker's yeast
- 1 egg
- 5 grams honey
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
Add flour if necessary, the dough should come off the bowl. Let the dough rest until it doubles in size
Roll out the dough into a rectangle measuring approximately 40 x 30cm
Cut 3 cm thick strips. Roll them up and brown in egg yolk diluted with a little milk
Leave to rise for another hour in the open air
Meanwhile make a syrup with 250 g of water and 337g of sugar. Combine the ingredients and heat until boiling
Bake the rolls for 20 minutes at 180 or 200 degrees depending on your oven
Take out the rolls when they are done and brush with syrup to make them shinier
