Ingredients
  

  • 50 grams wheat semolina
  • Milk
  • 30 grams protein powder
  • Stevia

Instructions
 

  • Cook the semolina according to the instructions on the semolina packet
  • Replace most of the milk with water, it will be just creamy
  • Add pudding powder and 30 grams of protein powder (optional)
  • Bring to the boil again
  • Sweeten the semolina with stevia
