Apple Mixture
- 2 apple
- 20 grams raspberries (frozen)
- 50 grams blueberries (frozen)
- 1 tbsp apple sauce
- Cinnamon to taste
- 2 tbsp chia jam
Crumble
- 100 grams oat flour
- 50 grams almond flour
- 4 tbsp sunflower oil
- 2 tbsp stevia
- Cinnamon to taste
- 1 tbsp chia jam
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees
Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces
Put the apple together with the cinnamon in a bowl. Stir together
Add the blueberries, raspberries and applesauce and stir again
Place the apple mixture in a baking dish. Spread 2 tbsp chia jam over the mixture
Combine all the ingredients for the crumble in another bowl and knead well
Make it a kind of ball
Spread half of the crumble over the apple mixture (rub it between your thumb and fingers until crumbly)
Try to distribute the crumbs evenly
Put 1 small chia jam through the remaining crumble. Crumble this over the apple mixture as well
Place the crumble in the oven for 40 minutes (check after 30 minutes whether it is getting too brown. Every oven is different
