Ingredients
  

Apple Mixture

  • 2 apple
  • 20 grams raspberries (frozen)
  • 50 grams blueberries (frozen)
  • 1 tbsp apple sauce
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • 2 tbsp chia jam

Crumble

  • 100 grams oat flour
  • 50 grams almond flour
  • 4 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 2 tbsp stevia
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • 1 tbsp chia jam

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 160 degrees
  • Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces
  • Put the apple together with the cinnamon in a bowl. Stir together
  • Add the blueberries, raspberries and applesauce and stir again
  • Place the apple mixture in a baking dish. Spread 2 tbsp chia jam over the mixture
  • Combine all the ingredients for the crumble in another bowl and knead well
  • Make it a kind of ball
  • Spread half of the crumble over the apple mixture (rub it between your thumb and fingers until crumbly)
  • Try to distribute the crumbs evenly
  • Put 1 small chia jam through the remaining crumble. Crumble this over the apple mixture as well
  • Place the crumble in the oven for 40 minutes (check after 30 minutes whether it is getting too brown. Every oven is different
