dark brown sugar or stevia

baking powder

baking soda
Instructions
Pour all ingredients in a deep sided bowl & blend with an electric stick blender
Till batter reaches an even consistency. Expect it to be a but lumpy
Fry one pancake first to ensure you get the thickness you want
You can add a pinch more of baking soda or baking powder for more rise
1 - 2 tbps milk for a more runny texture
